Getting an increase in hung builds since updating to 2022.10 (build 116751) Follow

We are seeing a large increase in the number of build hangs (using .NET build runner) since updating TeamCity to 2022.10 (build 116751).

Is this a known issue?  Is there any way to debug this?

Log shows "Execution timeout", and the last log entry is:

 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\BuildTools\MSBuild\Current\Bin\Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets(4685,5): error MSB3030: Could not copy the file "obj\Release\netstandard2.0\MyAssembly.dll" because it was not found.
