ndex.BuildSynchronizationSpace - Failed to update data in the index for build XXXXX

Hello!
We keep getting warnings like:
WARN [Build Indexer (local search) 2] - ndex.BuildSynchronizationSpace - Failed to update data in the index for build XXXXXXX order TaskInQueue{myOrderInBuild=1, myModificationType=INDEX} java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
We had problems with free space on disk, but this warnings keep appearing even after we cleared plenty of space. What should we do to fix it? Clear build caches?

Could you please take a series of 10 server thread dumps, collect the dumps along with the teamcity-server.log, and upload them to https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ for us to check?
