How to get access to JSON payload in TeamCity while receiving a webhook request?

So we want to get all information from pull request on GitLab such as approvers, merge number etc. in TeamCity. We using webhooks that are triggered by the comments on pull request, and in GitLab we have all body in json file that have all the information's we need. The problem is we don't know how to catch this json file and assign this values to the for example job parameters that we could use in other jobs. We know that TeamCity have around 4 variables by default that describe pull request but when we using GitLab webhooks even those 4 variables are not assigned.
