Use Composite Build to aggregate results from multiple Build Configurations and report results via "Report Change Status to Github"

Answered

TeamCity Enterprise 2018.2.2 (build 61245)

I have multiple build configurations that have different triggers.

These report to Github if they trigger a build.

These reports use "Report Change Status to Github" .

I want to be able to check in Github for these statuses, however Github's status checks are all mandatory, while my builds are dynamic.

Instead I thought of using Composite Build to aggregate all the results and send the results to Github. However "Report Change Status to Github" does not seem to be enabled for Composite.

Is there a way around this? Or maybe an alternate solution?

Hi,

what do you mean exactly when you say your builds are "dynamic"? Without understanding exactly what that means, it's hard to suggest how to get the feature working.
