TeamCity using too much memory?

I just noticed that TeamCity (version 5.1.2 on Windows Server 2008) is currently using about 165 Mb of memory on the server we're running it on.  Our SQL Server installation is only using about 150 Mb, for reference.  Is this normal?

I tried restarting the Team City Web Server service, but the process jumps right back up to 165 Mb usage.  Any ideas here?

How do you run your server? As a service or via teamcity-server.bat file? In fact 165Mb for server application is not that much, many of our customers allocate 1Gb or more memory for TeamCity server. It all depends on usage of the server, number of online users, number of running builds / agents and so on.
