Teamcity 9.1.5 some build configurations don't increase build counter
Some build configurations doesn't increase build counter after last teamcity upgrade (9.1.5), also I cannot change build counter manually.

This is strange. What version did you use before? Could you please provide more details on your configuration?
So it looks like the problem was caused by wrong file permissions.
yes, we already have found the reason, that problem was caused because a different user was registered after update (services.msc > teamcity server > logon), so teamcity had no access to files that drive build counters.
