Not able to get symbols from symbol server Follow

So I have gotten over the hurdle of making the symbol server work. (See attached log)

But when I add the URL from teamcity as a symbol source I get a lot of symbols that fail to load.



I tried with and without the trailing /

Every symbol I am trying to load writes out a .txt file in the FailedLoads directory of the symbol cache (see attached example)



I tried making the guest account a project developer, and that didn't work.  Not sure what to try next or what I am missing.

Any help is appreciated.
