Bug or incomplete feature?

When I create a build configuration in TeamCity 6 EAP build 15509, I select NUnit (or Visual Studio Solution) as build runner, in .NET Coverage section, the combo box for selecting .NET Coverage tool is empty, and TeamCity shows all options for both NCover and PartCover.

Is it bug or incomplete feature?
