Effective quiet period is larger than set by user - but not actually! Follow

Hello, I've recently added a VCS trigger to a project in TeamCity.   However, I am getting this notification:

However, the settings for the VCS root & the trigger do not seem to line up with what is being stated.  

(Note that the trigger's quiet period is 75 seconds, whereas the checking interval is 60 seconds.   Am I missing something?
